A couple of photos as we left Cairns late afternoon for the 3 hour flight to Sydney. Once again we had an AUD 15 voucher each to spend onboard, except this time I had to ask for it.
I'd hoped to be able to take photos of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the air but although I think I managed to get a couple they weren't really of usable quality. The transport system from the airport into town was brilliant and despite getting a little lost finding our hotel we were then quickly back out again for our first walk around.
Sydney Opera House is one of those things that just demands you to look at it (and photograph it) constantly - so be warned this is just the first of many!
This lovely sculpture is outside the Museum of Contemporary Art on the harbour side.
And of course looking the other way to the Opera House, the other iconic Sydney sight is the Harbour Bridge.
I still haven't worked out where to look when I'm trying to take a selfie of us!
